Who Built Your Clubs, and Why Should You Care?

If your clubs were built by one of the major manufacturers more than likely they came off an assembly line in some foreign country.  Our question is:

"How would those individuals ever know your needs and be able to build a golf club that fits you properly?”

Clubs Don't Break In!  You break in!
Many would argue: "Then are you saying a person can't use something that is made somewhere other than Minnesota because it won't fit correctly? How about a pair of shoes made in Italy? Are you saying they will not fit as good as a pair made here in Minnesota?"

No, we are not that, but shoes are not golf clubs. As you know, shoes never fit real well no matter where they are made. They must be broken in. They must be given time to mold to your feet. But golf clubs do not break in. If they don't fit you correctly, you break in. That is, you adapt your swing to the deficiencies in the club. In other words, you change your swing to fit the club when the club should be made to fit your swing.

  • Wouldn't it be better if someone built your clubs who knew you and your swing?

  • Someone well trained in fitting golf clubs to individuals, then building them to very exacting specifications?

  • Someone locally who would be there to adjust your clubs as your needs changed?

  • Someone who really cared about you and your game?

Dedication to a Quality Built Club

There is a company here in Minnesota made up of individuals who really do care about improving your game through better fitting golf clubs. That company is Pat Ryan Golf and those individuals are the Cook Family and their staff. You only need to spend a few minutes talking with them before you realize these people understand the physics of the golf club and how to relate it to the swing. You quickly realize they are dedicated to their craft of fitting and building clubs. After a very short time you find out this isn't a profession they have chosen, it is a passion they have for the game of golf and for the equipment.

Guaranteed Quality and Satisfaction
Pat Ryan Golf is so confident the individual will be happy with their golf clubs we carry a very exclusive guarantee. If the individual is not happy with the clubs fitted and built by Pat Ryan Golf, we will re-adjust the clubs, or rebuild the clubs. It's the individual's choice. We want our customers to understand they are important to us and we want to do everything we can to make a set of clubs the individual will perform better with on the golf course.  It is our opinion that an individual will be able to evaluate club performance within a short period of time (5 to 6 rounds or a month or two).  Pat Ryan Golf will be there to do whatever is necessary to make the club(s) perform at the highest level possible for the individual.
